For the most part there really isn't too much bullying at DeSoto High. People are very nice. Of course there are your "cliques", but I think that is everywhere. A lot of the people who play sports hang out together and the cheerleaders and the "nerds" is what some people like to call them. So yes there are cliques, but everyone can find someone they will like to hang out with. If you are worried that people from other groups of cliques will bully you, you shouldn't be. For the most part people in high school are pretty mature about bullying. Sure you will have some people that think it is fun to pick on other kids for no reason, but if they do DeSoto has two great councelors. One is for the Freshman and Juniors, and the other is for the Sophmores and Seniors, and they will take care of it. Typically you don't have to worry about pressure from people in order to be in a clique or group. They want you to hang out with them because of your pesonality, not what you have done. I hope this helps calm some of your nerves.
